When your Tiger Sheds delivery arrives, it’s important to carry out a few simple checks before assembly. This helps ensure everything you need is present and allows us to resolve any issues quickly if something is not right.
You do not need to unpack or assemble the building immediately, but we do recommend checking the delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
Check that all main components have arrived
Your building may be delivered as:
Individual panels or sections
Packaged components, sometimes on a pallet
Please check that:
All wall panels or log packs are present
Roof panels or roofing materials are included
Doors and windows have been delivered
Some items may be stacked or banded together, so ensure nothing is hidden underneath or in-between other components.
Check for fixings, fittings, and smaller items
Smaller components are often packaged separately.
Please check:
Fixings (screws, nails, bolts)
Door furniture and ironmongery
Locks and keys (where applicable)
Roofing felt, EPDM, or shingles (if included)
We recommend checking all packaging carefully before assuming anything is missing.
Inspect for visible damage
Before assembly, take a moment to look for:
Cracked or broken parts
Damaged corners or edges
Broken glass in windows
Signs of significant transit damage
Minor marks or cosmetic scuffs can occur during transport and do not usually affect the performance of the building.
What to do if you find an issue
If you believe something is missing, damaged or not quite right:
Do not start assembly
Take clear photographs of the issue
Keep all packaging where possible
This allows us to assess the issue quickly and arrange the correct resolution.
How to report an issue
If you notice anything missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
The sooner we receive this information, the faster we can help.
