What Type of Vehicle Will Be Used?
- Smaller items (including most Sheds) : 3.5 tonne transit vans or 7.5 tonne flatbeds
- Larger items (including most Log Cabins): 18 tonne HIAB lorries
If you're unsure whether a large vehicle can access your location, please let us know at the time of order and we may be able to use a different vehicle.
How Are the Products Delivered?
All products arrive flat-packed. Provided your address is accessible to a standard refuse truck, we should be able to reach you. Deliveries are kerbside or kerbside adjacent only.
What Is the Lead Time for Delivery?
Lead times vary based on the time of year and product demand. When ordering online, we show estimated lead times in working days (Mon–Fri). If ordering by phone, our team can provide this information directly.
