Do You Deliver on Weekends?
- Pick-a-Week products: Delivery is weekdays only
- Pick-a-Day products: Saturday delivery may be available before 2pm, for an additional charge (usually £50–£60, depending on location). This option will show during checkout if available for your product.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes. Use our online ‘Track Your Order’ tool by entering your full delivery postcode and unique order reference number. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team who will be more than happy to help.
Can I Use a Different Delivery Address Than My Billing Address?
Absolutely. You can enter a separate delivery address when ordering online or over the phone.
