Do I Need to Be Present for Delivery?
Not necessarily. If there's a suitable, safe place to leave the product on your property, you do not need to be present. We’ll agree this with you during the booking call.
If you'd prefer someone to meet the driver, we’re happy to contact a friend, neighbour, or family member on your behalf.
Will the Delivery Driver Install the Building?
No. Delivery and installation are handled by different teams, usually on different days.
Can I Request an Exact Time for Delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact delivery times. You’ll be given an estimated arrival time 1-2 weeks in advance. Timings are affected by the delivery route, distance between drops, and safety considerations (such as heavier buildings being delivered later in the day).
Can the Driver Carry the Parts Through My House?
No, our drivers are not insured to enter your property, so they cannot assist in moving items through homes or gardens. We offer a kerbside or kerbside-adjacent delivery service, meaning the product will be placed in a safe spot as close to your property as access allows.
Will the Building Be Delivered into My Garden?
Because we offer a kerbside delivery, buildings are usually left at the edge of your property. If you'd like it taken further (e.g., into a garden), this will be up to the driver's discretion based on access and safety assessments at the time.
How Many People Will Carry Out the Delivery?
Deliveries are typically made by a single driver, so please be aware they may need extra space to safely offload the items.
Is There Anything I Need to Do on Delivery Day?
Not really. We’ll have already confirmed the delivery with you. Just ensure there’s a safe, accessible space near the kerbside. You don’t need to be home unless you want to be — or if access requires it.
