Deliveries are kerbside only unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance with Tiger Sheds. The building will be delivered to the nearest accessible point on your property, so please ensure there is suitable space close to the kerbside.
TigerFlex® Sheds, Summerhouses & Cabins:
Delivered packaged on a standard 4x4 pallet.
The driver will not unload panels from the pallet—movement beyond kerbside is your responsibility.
Standard Timber Sheds & Summerhouses:
Delivered in single panels and unloaded by hand.
The driver will not carry panels through your property; movement beyond kerbside is your responsibility unless agreed in writing.
Standard Log Cabins:
Delivered kerbside only.
Please ensure there are no obstacles such as parked vehicles, overhead cables, or overhanging trees that could impede unloading.
Garden Rooms:
Delivered by a designated installation team.
Components may be craned or hand-balled to the installation area.
Access and delivery options are agreed during the complimentary Home Survey.
Non-Timber Buildings:
Delivered kerbside on pallets.
Movement beyond kerbside is your responsibility; the driver is not insured to carry goods further.
It is essential to check your delivery on arrival to confirm all components, parts, and fixings are present and correct before assembly. If anything is missing or damaged, please email customersupport@tigersheds.com with photographs.
