You do not need to be at home for your delivery. Our delivery teams will leave the building at the designated delivery point on your property, provided there is clear and safe access.
For deliveries made via our courier service (such as TigerFlex products), the courier will provide a 2-hour delivery window on the day, and the building will be delivered within that slot, even if you are not present, unless stated otherwise.
