Some orders, including TigerFlex products, are delivered via a courier service. Where a courier delivery applies, you will receive a 2-hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
If there is an unexpected delay beyond a reasonable timeframe, we will keep you informed and discuss the available options with you.
