Our delivery teams are unable to lift products over fences, walls, or buildings. Deliveries are made to the kerbside at the delivery address, provided there is clear and safe access. Kerbside delivery can include a driveway or front garden, provided that the delivery point is adjacent to the kerbside.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure there is suitable access for our delivery vehicle and team on the day. If access is restricted or unclear, delivery may not be possible.
