If any parts are missing or damaged when your order arrives, please contact the Tiger Sheds Customer Care Team as soon as possible. When getting in touch, have your order number to hand and, where possible, include clear photographs of the affected items to help us assess the issue quickly.
If any of your items are missing or arrive damaged, Tiger Sheds will arrange for replacement parts to be sent out at no additional cost once the issue has been confirmed.
We recommend checking all components shortly after delivery and before installation, as this helps ensure any issues are resolved promptly and without delaying your build.
