If you are struggling to locate your shed key, please do not worry as it is often packed safely within the building components.
The location of your key will depend on the type of building you have ordered:
Sheds
In most cases, the main key is attached to a small block of wood inside the polytube packaging to make it easier to spot during assembly.
Flex Range Buildings
For Flex sheds and summerhouses, the key is usually packed between the panels within the protective wrapping.
Log Cabins
For log cabins, the key is normally supplied alongside the associated lock within the polytube packaging.
Spare Keys
If you have ordered a spare key, this will usually be included within the fixings kit containing the nails, screws, and other fittings.
Please note that the above information relates to our standard locks only. Any upgraded locking systems or optional extras may be packed differently.
We recommend checking all packaging carefully before disposing of any materials, as smaller items can sometimes become hidden within the protective wrapping.
