Fixings and fittings are supplied with your TigerSheds order, but they are often packaged separately from the main panels or timber components. Because these items are smaller, they can sometimes be overlooked during delivery checks.
This guide explains where to find them and what to do if you cannot locate them.
How fixings and fittings are supplied
Fixings and fittings are typically provided in one or more small fixings packs. These may include:
Screws, nails, and bolts
Hinges and brackets
Door handles, locks, and keys (where applicable)
Other ironmongery required for assembly
To prevent loss or damage during transit, these items are not always immediately visible.
Where to look first
Fixings and fittings are commonly:
Packed in a sealed plastic bag (usually orange)
Secured within the packaging or shrink wrap
Placed inside another component for protection
We strongly recommend checking all packaging thoroughly before assuming anything is missing.
Why fixings may not be obvious
Because fixings are small and lightweight:
They are secured to prevent damage during transport
They may be hidden to avoid falling loose
They are sometimes bundled with a specific panel or component
This is normal and does not mean the items are missing.
What to do if you cannot find your fixings
If you have checked all packaging and still cannot locate the fixings:
Do not begin assembly
Take clear photos of the delivered components
