Kerbside delivery means your Tiger building will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point at the roadside, rather than being carried into your garden or installed on your base.
This delivery method allows us to deliver efficiently and safely using specialist vehicles and trained drivers.
What to expect with a kerbside delivery
With a kerbside delivery:
Your order will be delivered to the kerbside or driveway, where available
The driver is not able to move panels or components beyond the kerbside
Carrying items through gardens, homes, or side passages is the customer’s responsibility
The driver cannot navigate steps, slopes, gravel, or soft ground
Delivery vehicles must be able to stop safely without blocking roads or causing risk.
How your building will be delivered
Depending on the product range:
Some buildings are delivered in panels or sections
Others may arrive on a pallet
All components will be delivered together unless otherwise advised
You should ensure there is sufficient space near the kerbside for the delivery to be placed safely.
What you should prepare in advance
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please:
Make sure the delivery address is correct and accessible
Clear space near the kerbside for unloading
Arrange help if items need to be moved from the kerbside to your garden
Check access routes for tight turns, steps, or narrow gates
If access is restricted, please contact us before delivery so we can advise.
