We want your TigerSheds delivery to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. To help us deliver your building safely and on time, please take a moment to check the access requirements below.
Kerbside Delivery
All TigerSheds deliveries are made on a kerbside basis. This means your order will be unloaded at the nearest safe point to your property, such as a driveway, pavement or verge. While our drivers may assist further where it is safe to do so, this cannot be guaranteed and is always at the driver’s discretion.
Access to your Property
Please ensure there is clear, safe access for our delivery vehicle on the day of delivery. This includes:
Enough space for a large delivery vehicle to stop safely near your property
No parked cars, skips, bins or other obstructions blocking access
Clear visibility and safe stopping points on narrow roads or lanes
If you live on a narrow street, private road, cul-de-sac or anywhere with restricted access, please let us know when placing your order so we can advise you in advance.
What Our Drivers Can and Can’t Do
For safety and insurance reasons:
Drivers are unable to carry items through your home or into enclosed gardens
Deliveries cannot be taken up steps, over fences or through narrow side passages
Access through gates, alleyways or uneven ground is not guaranteed
If you are unsure whether your access is suitable, we recommend checking measurements and contacting us before delivery.
Being Available on the Day
You do not need to be present for delivery, provided there is a safe and agreed place for your building to be left. If you have specific instructions, please let us know ahead of time so these can be passed to the delivery team.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If our driver cannot safely access your property due to unexpected restrictions, the delivery may need to be rearranged. In some cases, this may result in a re-delivery charge. Any charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the costs incurred. For this reason, we always recommend flagging any access concerns with us in advance so we can help avoid any issues on the day.
