Once a refund has been processed by Tiger Sheds, it is passed back to your payment provider. From this point, the timing is dependent on your payment method and bank.

Klarna
If you paid using Klarna, refunds are processed back through Klarna directly.
Once the refund has been issued by Tiger Sheds, Klarna will update your payment plan accordingly. This may include adjusting future payments or issuing a refund if you have already paid.

Novuna Finance
If your order was financed through Novuna, refunds are handled differently depending on the stage of your agreement.
Once Tiger Sheds has confirmed the refund, Novuna will adjust or cancel the finance agreement as appropriate. Any payments already made will be handled directly by Novuna.
