If your order arrives damaged
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Do not attempt to repair, alter, or install damaged items, as this may affect how the issue can be resolved. Our Customer Care Team will ask for details of the damage and may request photographs to help assess the situation.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will explain the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or further support.
If parts are missing from your delivery
If you believe parts are missing, please check all packaging carefully, as items may be packed across multiple bundles or boxes.
If parts are still missing, contact us with your order number and details of what you believe is not included. Our team will review the delivery information and confirm the appropriate next steps.

If you have received the wrong item
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us before attempting to install or use it.
