Orders not yet dispatched
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it before delivery is arranged. In these cases, cancellation is usually straightforward, and we will confirm the next steps once we have reviewed your order.
Orders already dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to stop the delivery. In these circumstances, the order may need to be delivered and then handled as a return in line with our returns policy.
