Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your purchase. This confirms your order details and provides your order number for reference.
Your order will then move into production, where your building is prepared and quality-checked before being made ready for delivery. Lead times vary depending on the product ordered and current demand.
When your order is nearing completion, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. You will receive advance notice so you can ensure access is available on the day of delivery.
On the scheduled delivery date, your order will be delivered to your property in line with the agreed access instructions. If installation has been arranged, this will take place separately unless otherwise stated.
