Yes, in many cases delivery details can be updated after an order has been placed, provided the order has not yet been scheduled for delivery or dispatched.
If you need to amend your delivery address, access details, contact information, or preferred delivery instructions, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been allocated to a delivery route or has left our warehouse, changes may no longer be possible.
Where an update can be made after scheduling or dispatch, this may result in a delay or additional delivery charges.
