Your warranty may be invalidated if the building is not installed, used, or maintained in line with our guidelines.
Common reasons a warranty may be invalidated include incorrect installation, placing the building on an unsuitable or uneven base, or failing to treat the building as required. Timber buildings must be treated with a suitable wood preservative within the recommended timeframe and re-treated regularly thereafter.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by adverse weather conditions, natural movement of timber, general wear and tear, or alterations made after installation. Using the building for purposes other than those intended, or making structural modifications, may also invalidate the warranty.
To ensure your warranty remains valid, please follow the assembly instructions carefully and adhere to the care and maintenance guidance provided with your building.
If you have any further questions, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
