Good to know: All deliveries are kerbside or kerbside-adjacent. One driver will off-load; large buildings may require you (or a helper) to assist with items up to 25 kg.

3. Chargeable Delivery Zones
If your postcode falls in one of the areas below, a delivery surcharge—calculated at checkout—will apply:

4. Excluded Delivery Zones
We’re unable to deliver directly to these locations at present:
BT, EX (17–23, 31–39), HS, IV (41–51, 55–56), KA (27–28), KW (1–7, 11–17), PA (41–49, 60–78), PH (42–44), PL (10–20, 22–35), PO (Isle of Wight), SA (36, 41–42, 61–73), TQ (8, 13), TR, ZE.
Out-of-Area Options
If you live in an excluded postcode you can still receive a Tiger building by:
- Meeting our driver inside the free delivery area
- Using a courier with an address inside the free delivery area
- Collecting directly from our manufacturing site.
Always contact us for size and weight details before organising a third-party collection.

6. Vehicle & Access Guidelines
- Standard sheds, summerhouses and workshops: Delivered flat-pack as loose panels on 3.5 tonne flatbed vans or 7.5 tonne flatbed vans.
- Log cabins & large structures: Delivered kerbside on 18 tonne HIAB lorries, or smaller vehicles where access requires.
- Please let us know at the point of ordering if you have tight lanes, weight limits, or restricted turning space and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
7. Delivery Day Essentials
- Kerbside space: Prepare a clear area close to the road for our driver to unload. This can also include a front garden or driveway if directly accessible.
- Weather protection: Our sheds are delivered with a temporary treatment to protect them for upto 4 weeks post delivery, whilst our cabins are provided with a plastic cover to keep them watertight. Where possible we recommend covering your building components with tarpaulin if storing outside prior to assembly..
- Not going to be there for delivery day? We’ll leave the building in a safe spot (driveway/front garden). If access is blocked, we’ll leave it at the nearest safe location.
8. Delivery Charges & Lead-Time Caveats
- All surcharges are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Ordering outside the free zone may extend the lead time.
- Adding upgrades (e.g. window options, door options, treatment etc.) can also affect lead time. This will be shown at the point of order.
- We are not liable for delays outside our control; lead-time dates are guides, not guarantees.
